股东不和难阻增发通过 九龙电力股价现涨停

　　9月20日，停牌两个多月的九龙电力公告称，公司打算以9.17元/股发行价格向控股股东中国电力投资集团公司(以下简称中电投)非公开发行股票数量不超过1.85亿股，中电 投以现金认购。同时，九龙电力明确指出，本次募集到的资金将用于收购中电投下属企业拥有的平顶山鲁阳发电2 ×1000MW 机组等9个脱硫资产项目及对上述项目中在建项目的后续投入。

　　由于脱硫是一种除尘环保技术，因此这一募投计划也让公司从电力走向脱硫行业，可谓走进了新能源节能环保 领域。

　　根据公开的资料，截止到二季度末,传奇私服，中电投持有九龙电力约1.02亿股，持股比例约30.62%；重庆能源持有九龙电力4925.87万股， 持股比例为14.73%，其旗下公司重庆松藻煤电公司、物流公司等4公司一共还持有18.54%；此次增发 议案如果能够实施，中电投的持股比例将不低于55.36%。
