  另外,大枣,肉厚味甜,有补脾健胃、润肺安神的功效,但多食会生痰助热,并会损害牙齿。香蕉,软糯清香 ,有润肠通便,清热解毒的功效,但其性寒,脾胃虚弱和腹泻者应少食。梨,肉酥汁丰,有润肺止咳、清热化痰和 通便等功效,但因性凉,多食亦伤脾胃,腹泻和产妇血虚者慎食。还有桃子,多食生热,易生痈疮。李子,多食生 痰。酸梅,多食伤齿。西瓜是盛夏佳品,有去暑除热,利尿解渴的功效,一次吃得过多也会损伤脾胃 。
