  油条是我们中国老百姓最常见的早餐食品,但是由于黑心商贩用洗衣粉代替泡打粉,从而让人对油条望而生畏 。另外,传统的油条是用白矾制作的,长期食用容易伤害大脑。不过,今天我要给大家推荐一种健康的油条的做法 ,给大家说说怎么炸油条才是最健康的。
  健康油条的做法
  用料:面粉250克、水150克、盐2克、酵母5克、小苏打1.2克、油适量。
  制作:将酵母、盐、小苏打放入温水中溶解,盟特新奇特批发,加入面粉中和成团,饧二十分钟;将面团抹油揉匀,再饧二十分钟,如此三次,使面团呈柔软滑润的状态;将揉 好的面团放到温暖处发酵至两倍大。
  将面团擀成0.5厘米厚的片,饧十五分钟,切成2指宽的条,盟特新产品批发,两条重叠,中间用筷子压到一起,捏住两端拉长;油锅加热,放入油锅中炸至金黄即可,光波炉和微波炉的区别
  要领:面团尽量和得软一些,如果面团和得太硬,加湿器厂家,炸出的油条就会太实不好吃;面团要充分发酵,如果面团没发起来,就达不到应有的蓬松度;发面之前将面团用 油揉匀,再饧,如此几次,使面团呈柔软润滑的状态,做出的油条才好吃;油温要达到一定的高度,下油条时能迅 速蓬发起来。通常达到150度,下油条时起小泡即可。
  提醒:吃油炸食品还是不太健康的,少吃为宜。
