Default Sonnenbrille Ray Ban 3026 Legend of the Einherajar

The rain splashed against the window as it poured down heavily from the dark sky. Gais stood up from the wooden chair in the dimly lit room and walked over to his helmet, sitting on a table across from him. It was worn shade of silver, with red markings in the shape of a bird with its wings spread on the top of it. He lifted the helm and slowly placed it on his head, so that only the front of his face and his scruffy blonde hair that stuck out from the bottom of the helmet was visible. He was now fully armored in worn steel that had seen many battles, with a long sword sheathed around his waist. He walked to the window and looked out into the streets, and saw people carrying their belongings running around in panick."They're coming, then." He said, as a woman entered the room. She was wearing a clean white cloak that covered most of her face and body, but visible was her long golden hair. As she entered the room she tucked a large red pendant that was hanging on a thin silver chain around her neck into her cloak, and threw her large brown bag over her right shoulder. "We stayed here far too long. Let us leave at once." Gais spoke firmly, and then turned around and walked out of the room, the lady followed. They were in an Inn, dimly lit by candles and completely empty now, on a count of the village was being evacuated. As they exited the front door of the building, a loud bell echoed through their ears. The street was muddy at parts and solid stone at others, and the villagers ran around in large numbers carrying bags and boxes and running towards the boats on the northern side of the village. It was a village built on an island with the ocean to the west, and tall mountains to the east. Houses towered over them built into the mountainside above them to the east, and atop one of the peaks was a large white tower, tory burch flip flops, in it was the bell they heard echoing through the entire village. No one paid any mind to the two as they stepped out onto the street, and it was nearly impossible to even hear the door close behind them with the heavy rain and voices of people shouting and screaming. From the south, a small ship with a torn black sail approached the villages docks. Several men wearing full plate armor lined up with their swords drawn, waiting for what would come off of this boat, as it appeared to be what the villagers were fleeing from. Gais glanced at the guardsmen quickly, then looked to the lady beside him."Fighting is useless, those mens lives are forfeit. We'll escape with the villagers on the boats at the northern docks." He said calmly. She nodded at him to show her acknowledgement and the two of them began to walk quickly along the streets to the north. The boat with dark sails at this time had reached the southern docks, and a woman with long hair,ed hardy womens, a dark shade of blue, so dark it seemed black from most angles stepped off. She had a black cloak on and strange purple, blue and black clothing, as well as a long bow and a quiver filled with arrows over her shoulder. She paid no mind to the guards that waited for her at the end of the docks, there were 12 of them and they all had expressions that showed their fear."You are not welcome here, Einherajar. Leave now!" One of them shouted to her, as she tied the boat to the docks. She ignored them and stood still staring at them after she had finished. Her eyes were a strange sort, not like a humans, there was no pupil, only a grey circle that gazed at the 12 guardsmen. Behind her, a man in a black cloak covering his entire body stepped off the boat. His face was not visible at all under the cloak, as it appeared some sort of black smoke rose from inside his clothing. He walked towards the guardsmen with his head down, passing the strange woman. Neither of them spoke, or even looked at each other. As the cloaked man stepped on the wooden boards of the docks, they began to turn from a dark brown to black, and as he got closer to the guardsmen, their swords began to glow a bright red. Almost simultaniously, they could no longer hold them as they appeared to be heating up rapidly, even in the heavy rain, and all released their hilts and stumbled backwards in fear. Moments later, the same thing began to happen to their armor they wore all over their body. The 12 men wobbled around, some falling over, some to their knees as they panicked trying to remove their armor as it began to glow bright red and heated rapidly. They couldn't quick enough, and they began to crying and screaming in pain, as the heating metal melted their skin."Move." The man said coldly, in an odd voice that seamed to echoe within itself with different tones as he walked past the 12 guards, but they had all already stopped moving and breathing, and he continued his slow stride through the village. All of the villagers had now cleared from the man, anyone near him took off towards the north end of town as fast as they could. As he passed the houses in the village, the wood ignited into flames, and the ground he stepped on turned black, as if it was dying beneath his feet.Gais glanced back as he and the lady tried to walk calmy to the boats to the north, but when he saw the smoke rising from the buildings to the south, his pace quickened."Hurry now Arayla, it is Aros that they have sent for you this time." He said, now with worry in his voice. There were several big ships at the northern dock, and villagers were lining up pushing and shoving each other trying to get on them as quickly as possble. Some began to set sail, and by the time Gais and Arayla had reached the docks only three remained, and the lines to get on were huge. Aros, the man in the black cloak, caught eye of them far across the village, and his slow calm stride changed to a sprint, as he ran towards them, everything around the man igniting into flames despite its dampness from the heavy rain. "It's too late... go, get on the boats,Sonnenbrille Ray Ban 3026!" Gais shouted commandingly at Aralya as he turned from the direction they were walking and drew his sword."No! Don't fight him, you'll be killed!" She shouted as she turned as well and grabbed his arm, pulling on it urging him to keep moving."If I don't slow him down, we'll both die, along with all of these people. I do not need to live, it is you he is after, and so it is you he must not get." Gais replied calmly, as if he was prepared to die, though fear ran through his entire body. He quickly pushed Arayla's arm off of his. "Go, now!" he shouted. She hesitated in reacting, as tears began to fill her eyes, then without speaking she turned and ran towards the last boat that had not sailed yet. "You must get back to Avistion, you have to tell the king what is happening!"As Aros approached, the last boat began to set off. His sprint stopped in front of Gais, and two bright red eyes opened beneath the darkness of the cloak. Gais felt heavy, as if the air around him was pushing down on his body and it became hard to stand. The mans eyes gazed at him and it felt as if his entire body was about to burst into flames."You've made our lives quite annoying, Avistion Guard. You are the last one though, no?" Aros said, standing a few feet from Gais. He did not reply, he could barely breathe or stand. He didn't want to move, his legs were frozen solid in fear and he barely had the will to keep trying to stand. He began to regret staying behind to face this man, but then he remembered why he did, why he was standing there, and felt courage come back to his body. He charged at Aros quickly with his sword in front of him, in fear that he may lose this courage if he waited too long. Aros lifted his left hand, and as he did, two large chunks of earth seperated from the ground on both sides of Gais and hovered in the air. This startled Gais, and stopped his charge, and all he could do is look right into Aros's glowing red eyes."You'll trouble us no more." Aros mumbled, and then closed his left hand into a fist. As he did, the two pieces of earth that had raised from the ground crashed together with Gais inbetween them, crushing him. The earth fell to the ground moments later, as did Gais. Everything went silent, the echoing bell had stopped, and all that could be heard was the sound of the rain falling on the ground, and the burning of the houses around Aros. He gazed off into the distance, as the last boat sailed away into the storm with Arayla on it, then behind him, the woman from his boat approached."She got away again, didn't she?" The woman asked, as she lifted her hood over her head to protect her hair from the rain."Yes." Aros replied, and then paused as he shut his eyes, and the bright red glow of them from beneath his hood disappeared. "But it will not happen again." He turned around and walked slowly towards the south again through the burning village, back to their boat, as the woman stood and looked at Gais laying on the ground motionless."What a troublesome guard captain." She sighed to herself.Topics related articles:
