把目标定得太高往往实施起来会比较困难。就是说一周跑步一次的话,如果偷了一次懒,加起来效果就是0,如此 下去也会有彻底放弃的危险。
一般的,一周2到3次比较好,如果因为工作忙没有时间一周一次也没有关系。平日里可以跑一到两 回,
