Default Moncler coats - 气通于心

   人的五脏和四季气化是完全相通的,具体是:
  春 (风) 气通于肝,Moncler coats
  夏 (火) 气通于心。
  长夏 (湿) 气通于脾。
  秋 (燥) 气通于肺。
  冬 (寒) 气通于肾。
  所以中医学的经典巨著《黄帝内经》 早已指出四季养生的方法,cheap Moncler,而这些方法也是遵循四季阴阳消长的规律进行的。
  春天如何养生?
  春天是阳长阴消的开始,所以应该养阳。春天主生发,万物生发,肝气内应,养生之道在于以养肝为主,原则 是:生而勿杀,以使志生。养神志以欣欣向荣。逆之则伤肝,夏为寒变,奉长者少。意思是伤了肝气,就会降低适 应夏天的能力。
  所以《黄帝内经》 提出:春三月要夜卧早起,披发缓行,广步于庭 (到庭院中散步) ,以使志生 (使志气生发)。
  夏天如何养生?
  夏天是阳长阴消的极期,夏天主长,万物茂盛,心气内应,养生应以养心为主。要使气得泄
