也不可忽视低气温对健身锻炼的影响。低气温对人体的损害主要是造成局部冻伤和全身体温过低。在寒冷环境下进 行长时间运动(如长跑等),体温散失过多,会出现头晕、协调能力下降、步履不稳等征象。此时,切不可躺下休 息,否则体温会进一步降低,以致引起昏迷,甚至死亡,正确的方法是多摄入热量食物,衣服穿着适当,控制运动 时间,以维持体温水平及机体正常功能,使体育锻炼真正达到强身健体的目的。
