健尔马足疗机|冬季养生茶疗方法
 
为了弥补夏秋季津液的损耗,冬季应多补充液体,“茶疗”历来被人们所重视。
1.萝卜茶 白萝卜100克,茶叶5克,食盐适量。先将白萝卜洗净切片煮烂,加少许食盐,再将茶叶 用开水泡 5分钟后倒入萝卜汁内服用,健尔马足疗机三代,每日2次,不拘时限。白萝卜清热化痰,健尔马足疗机,茶清肺热,健尔马足疗机三代。久服有理气开胃,健尔马足疗机三代,止咳化痰之功。
2.银耳茶 银耳20克,茶叶5克,冰糖20克。先将银耳洗净加水与冰糖炖熟,再将茶叶泡5分钟,取汁对入 银耳汤中,拌匀服用。有滋养润肺,止咳化痰之功。
3.橘红茶 取橘红3~6克,先用开水冲泡,再放锅内隔水蒸20分钟后服用。每日1剂,随时食用,有润肺消 炎,理气止咳之功。适用于咳嗽多痰,健尔马足疗机,黏痰多者效果较好。
4.姜苏茶 生姜、苏叶各3克。先将生姜切丝,苏叶洗净,用开水冲泡10分钟代茶饮用。每日2剂,上下午各 服1剂。具有疏风散寒、理气和胃之功效。适用于胃肠性感冒。
