  洋菜蜂蜜饮
  材料:洋菜条4g 水500ml 蜂蜜6大匙 柠檬汁2颗份 柠檬片适量
  做法:
  1.洋菜条用水泡软之后,将水分拧干切碎
  2.在锅中加入水煮沸,然后加入洋菜条煮至溶化
  3.在步骤2的洋菜液中加入蜂蜜和柠檬汁拌匀,然后倒入玻璃杯中,再放入柠檬片即可
  注:用上面洋菜条的份量制作的话,温度下降这道食谱就会凝固,所以必须趁热喝。如果想饮用冰凉一点的蜂 蜜饮的话,AD收腹运动机,可以把洋菜条的份量减少成1/3即可


  优酪洋菜
  材料:洋菜粉2g 优酪乳300ml 牛奶200ml 果酱适量
  做法:
  1.将优酪乳预先回复到室温
  2.在锅中倒入牛奶和洋菜粉,加热搅拌至洋菜粉溶化为止
  3.等稍微冷却之后,慢慢将优酪乳加入步骤2的洋菜液中搅拌均匀
  4.倒入容器中冷却凝固,食用时再随自己喜好加上果酱即可
